Constant Power MediTek's unique continuous charging system eliminates troublesome trailing cables or rail end charging stations and ensures the stairlift is charged regardless of where it is parked. This is essential for long battery life (similar to your car) and low operational costs. MediTek stairlifts use safe, low voltage maintenance free battery power which ensures continued operation (on average up to 30 journeys) in the event of a temporary power outage.

Structurally Sound Design MediTek utilizes 12 bearing-equipped guide rollers that provide vertical and lateral securement to the rail system. Bearing equipped rollers run more smoothly and do not ‘drag’ on the rail like bearing-less ones do. Lateral securement of the carriage is important to prevent fore and aft rocking motion of the carriage/seat assemblies. The MediTek guide rollers are cylindrical in shape and provide more contact, ensuring that all contact running surfaces run at the same speed. The gearbox case is one piece and made of cast iron. It cannot leak and is ultra rigid and resistant to flexing. Incorrectly installed or failed gaskets causes oil leaks that damage carpet and potentially cause gear component failures. MediTek has a proven history of not leaking on to carpet.

Perfect for You The seat height is adjustable from 18’’ to 24’’ depending on the height of the user. MediTek offers a range of upholstery colors. MediTek offers a powered seat swivel option. MediTek offers a linked seat and footrest option. This comes into play when a user can not bend down to lift up the footrest when the unit is folded away.

Diagnostic Display Panel To allow a diagnosis without an engineer, MediTek has developed a time and money saving Self Diagnostic System which can identify and clearly display any fault which may occur, or report on its operating condition.
